Vincent Heck

Vincent Heck is the founder of Fin CW, LLC, a financial cloud software firm. His history in the financial software world extends to the company’s creation and it’s 1st line of code written in 1987. Vince has a passion for manufacturing national class software. Initially, Vince created a Laboratory Software Application that was distributed to hundreds of hospitals, followed by a Medical Record Application that ran in over 300 hospitals including Cleveland Clinic, OSU, & University of Cincinnatti in Ohio, San Francisco General, Cook County and many more.

Vince built on those successes with a financial application that now extends back almost 40 years. He has lived the world of Qualified Dollars, by helping professional advisors quide their clients through the issues and obstacles that have risen over the years including Grandfather Elections, Lump Sum 5 / 10 Year Averaging, Multi-Generation IRAs, Roth Converions Elections (4 year in 1996 and the 2 year in 2010), the “Triple Tax”, the mulitple changes to the Estate Tax and the many iterations of the RMD calculations with a passion to give the advisor the best analytics. Vince is proud to currently be teamed with Ed Cotney in bringing to the market the newest and most advanced software yet, Break Analytics Epic!

Ed is an author, speaker, and expert in tax planning, asset protection, and business exit strategies, sharing valuable insights on gaining Maximum Wealth Control.

James C. (Archie) DeBoard, Esq.

J.D. Degree from Capital University Law School in May, 1977.  Bachelor of Business Administration from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, in May 1970.  Catlettsburg High School, Catlettsburg, Kentucky.  Moved to Columbus in November, 1970, to pursue legal education.

Presently, President of J.C. DeBoard & Co., L.P.A.  A practice with emphasis on Business, Real Estate and Estate Planning work with offices in Ohio and Florida.

Cathleen Davis-Whitmore, CMO

Cathleen Davis-Whitmore is the Chief Marketing Officer at Financial Cloud Works. With a robust 21-year tenure in the financial industry, she has become an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) subject matter expert, offering unparalleled sales and marketing strategies coupled with technical acumen to a diverse clientele including financial advisors, CPAs, and estate planning attorneys.

A proud resident of Charlotte, NC, Cathleen’s academic achievements include a master’s degree in social work from West Virginia University, a foundation that has been instrumental in her success within the financial sector. Her ability to translate interpersonal skills into business acumen is a valuable trait.

At Footprint, Michael is responsible leading sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise engagements with business owners. In addition, Michael cultivates relationships with clients, prospects, centers of influence, private equity firms, and family offices. His network and calling ability is often leveraged in engagements to augment traditional access to buyers/sellers and industry information.
